Biography
Else (Els) Borst-Eilers (Amsterdam, March 22, 1932 – Bilthoven, February 8, 2014) was a Dutch politician for Democraten 66 (D66) and a professor. Borst served as Minister of Health in the Kok I and Kok II cabinets. In the latter cabinet, she also served as Second Deputy Prime Minister.
