Fernando Chagas Carvalho Neto is a Brazilian lawyer, former president and sports director of Sport Club Internacional and Honorary Citizen of Porto Alegre. He worked as a sports commentator on the Radio Gaúcha Newsroom program in Porto Alegre and was also president of SC Internacional.
